Unsere schöne Wohnung ist im Herzen von Eimsbüttel gelegen. Ein tolles Viertel mit allem, was man braucht und vielen tollen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und was das Herz sonst noch so begehrt. Die U-Bahn Osterstraße keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die Busanbindung am Schulweg ist keine 3 Minuten entfernt. Unsere Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock (über Fahrstuhl, oder Treppe erreichbar) und trotz der Lage zur Osterstraße sehr ruhig und bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man absolut nichts. Der Großteil der Wohnung ist nach hinten ausgerichtet, wo ein privater Parkplatz für die Anwohner liegt und somit ebenso sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren komplett neu renoviert / restauriert und sticht mit einer super Aufteilung und dem Holzboden heraus. Aktuell ist die Aufteilung mit zwei Kinder-, einem Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer, einer Küche, einem großen Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich, zwei Bäder und einer kleinen Abstellkammer. Die zwei Kinderzimmer sind aber auch anderweitig nutzbar. Darüber hinaus gibt es im Keller einen Waschraum mit einer weiteren Waschmaschine, einem Trockner (0,50€ pro Wasch-/Trockenvorgang) und diverse Wäscheleinen. Je nach Absprache können wir die Zimmer ausräumen, bzw. von Inhalten leeren, wobei die Möbel (bis auf vllt kleine Kindermöbel) stehen bleiben müssten. In einem Kinderzimmer liegt aktuell eine zweite Matratze, die sich aber auch sofort entfernen lässt, wenn nicht benötigt. Die Küche ist auch recht neu und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir lieben diese Wohnung sehr und freuen uns, wenn wir jdm. anderes damit eine Freude machen können für die Zeit, in der wir nicht da sind. -- Our beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Eimsbüttel – a wonderful neighborhood with everything you need and plenty of great cafés, restaurants, bars and anything else your heart desires. The Osterstraße subway station is less than a 3-minute walk away, and the bus stop at Schulweg is also within 3 minutes on foot. Our apartment is on the second floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) and, despite its location near Osterstraße, it’s very quiet – with the windows closed you can’t hear a thing. Most of the rooms face the back of the building, where there’s a private residents’ parking lot, which also makes it very peaceful. The apartment was completely renovated/restored four years ago and stands out with its excellent layout and wooden floors. Currently it’s arranged as two children’s rooms, one bedroom, one office, a kitchen, a large living and dining area, two bathrooms and a small storage room. The two children’s rooms can of course be used differently if needed. In addition, there is a shared laundry room in the basement with another washing machine, a dryer (€0.50 per wash/dry cycle) and various clotheslines. Depending on the arrangement, we can clear out or empty the rooms, although the furniture (apart from perhaps small children’s items) would need to stay. One of the children’s rooms currently has a second mattress which can be removed immediately if not needed. The kitchen is also fairly new and fully equipped with everything you might need. We love this apartment very much and are happy to let someone else enjoy it during the time we’re away...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
