High-speed fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi are included. Residents benefit from shared facilities such as a lounge and party room, laundry room, service office, bicycle storage, underground parking (on request), and green roof terraces with urban gardening boxes. The location is excellent: the U-Bahn station Machtlfinger Straße (U3) is only 600 meters away, taking you directly to the university or city center in just 15 minutes, and the bus stop Züricher Straße is 250 meters away with lines 63 and 151 connecting to Neuhausen, Solln and Laim. By car, the A95 and Mittlerer Ring can be reached in 5 minutes. The immediate surroundings offer everything you need within walking distance, including a REWE supermarket, bakery, butcher, Woolworth, Lidl, dm drugstore, beverage shop, kiosk, Packstation, cafés and restaurants such as Hans im Glück and Majestic Asia, as well as an Alnatura organic food store, KARE home center with bistro, and fitness centers McFIT and body + soul. Südpark is just a 5-minute walk away for outdoor relaxation.
