The apartment is a duplex (ground floor + mezzanine) and offers everything you need for a comfortable medium-term stay in Milan: Ground floor: living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, cups, etc., and a bathroom with washing machine. Upper floor: spacious and very bright bedroom with a double bed, an additional sofa bed, and a second TV. Extra comfort: the loft features air conditioning (hot & cold) and independent heating, making it cozy all year round. Fast Wi-Fi and plenty of natural light complete the setting, ideal for both work and relaxation. Location & connections: - Tram line 3 stops right outside – reach the Duomo in 20 minutes. - A 10-minute walk to the Navigli, Darsena, Bocconi University, IED and IULM. - Metro line M2 Romolo (green line) is just 10 minutes away on foot. - Bus 90 also stops in front of the house.
