The apartment is a duplex (ground floor + mezzanine) and offers everything you need for a comfortable medium-term stay in Milan: Ground floor: living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, cups, etc., and a bathroom with washing machine. Upper floor: spacious and very bright bedroom with a double bed, an additional sofa bed, and a second TV. Extra comfort: the loft features air conditioning (hot & cold) and independent heating, making it cozy all year round. Fast Wi-Fi and plenty of natural light complete the setting, ideal for both work and relaxation. Location & connections: - Tram line 3 stops right outside – reach the Duomo in 20 minutes. - A 10-minute walk to the Navigli, Darsena, Bocconi University, IED and IULM. - Metro line M2 Romolo (green line) is just 10 minutes away on foot. - Bus 90 also stops in front of the house. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, full of excellent restaurants, cafés, shops and all services you may need, as well as close to Milan’s nightlife and main universities.
