Du lebst sehr zentral umgeben von Geschäften, Restaurants und in der Nähe des Szene-Viertels in Essen Rüttenscheid. Direkt vor dem Apartment fährt die Tram, weshalb man schnell bei der Messe und weiteren Zielen in Essen sein kann. Das Apartment ist neu renoviert und mit einem “Queen-sized-boxspring” Bett ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Smart-TV mit den gängigen Fernsehsendern und einem Netflix Account. Dazu eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herdplatte, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Pfannen, Töpfen, Besteck und Geschirr und alles, was für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird...

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
