Here you’ll have the chance to connect with your flatmates and plan activities together. Everyone has their own space, but we also live in exchange with one another. A friendly atmosphere is very important to us. We check in advance if the chemistry between flatmates is a good fit. Cleanliness and tidiness are also important to us. Springerstraße 4 is located in the quiet and green south of Munich (Forstenried-Solln). 🏡 Shopping facilities, cafés and bus stops are right nearby. The connection to the city centre is great, and the surrounding area with lakes and mountains is also quickly accessible. The location combines relaxation in nature with great infrastructure.
