Im Gebäude selbst befindet sich ein moderner REWE Supermarkt mit Bäcker für die tägliche Versorgung bis 22 Uhr. Durch die hervorragende Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist man in zehn Minuten in Frankfurts Innenstadt und in 30 Minuten am Frankfurter Flughafen. Ein eigener Arbeitsplatz und kostenfreies W-LAN mit einer High-Speed-Internet Verbindung ermöglichen das zuverlässige Arbeiten im Home-Office. Der 49-Zoll LED TV und die SONOS Soundanlage runden die hochwertige technische Ausstattung ab. Es gibt keine Waschmöglichkeit in der Wohnung. Ein Waschsalon ist aber unweit zu erreichen. Das Service-Konzept In der All-Inclusive-Langzeitmiete bis zu einer Dauer von 6 Monaten sind bereits alle Nebenkosten (bei Belegung durch 1 Person pro Zimmer), Strom und Internet für die möblierte Wohnung enthalten. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist zum Preis von € 80 monatlich mietbar.
