Heating is centrally managed through individual thermostatic valves. The condominium calculates each tenant's actual heating consumption only once a year (normally during the summer following the heating season). For this reason, the €200 balance will be refunded once the final heating adjustment and any outstanding utility charges have been verified. Early termination is accepted only: with at least 3 months' written notice, and for serious documented reasons (for example, health issues). The following are not considered valid reasons: returning to your home country, personal travel, transportation or commuting difficulties, dissatisfaction with the apartment or neighbourhood, incompatibility with other tenants, noise or building works, expectations differing from the listing description. Unless The Tenant provides a suitable replacement accepted by the Landlord is obliged to continue paying the rent until the end of the contractual period. In addition , the Tenant shall also reimburse the Landlord for the non-refundable HousingAnywhere platform fees already paid by the Landlord in relation to the original booking period. The reimbursement shall be limited to the actual amount incurred by the Landlord, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the unused portion of the booking. A copy of the relevant HousingAnywhere invoice and the applicable percentage calculation will be provided upon request. This reimbursement is separate from any other amounts due under the tenancy agreement, including unpaid rent, utilities, damages or other contractual obligations....
