We are renting our beautiful, sunny, and centrally located apartment for one year, starting in August or September. Important: The apartment is rented for a minimum of one year, with the possibility of an extension or later takeover. We have an additional bed that can be used in the second bedroom if needed. Location: Directly on Eidelstedter Platz. These are new apartments built in 2023. The bus stop, which connects you to all of Hamburg, is right in front of the apartment, a maximum of 3 minutes' walk away. A shopping center with Netto, Rewe, Budni, Rossmann, and everything else you can imagine is just a 3-minute walk away. All other daily necessities can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes' walk. Furnishings We rent the apartment fully furnished, of course excluding personal belongings such as toys, etc. We are also happy to take the toy chest and dresser from the children's room so you can convert it into a bedroom.
