We are living in a large house, in the centre of NANTES We have 4 children : one daughter 32 years old, one son 30 years old, one son 28 years old and one daughter 19 years old. The 2 boys are married and they are living in Nantes. They are Engineers. Our oldest daughter is a Dentist and she is living in Nantes too. The youngest daughter is studying to become an Engineer in agriculture field, in Angers (small city one hour far from Nantes). She uses to come back at home during weekends. The house is located in the center of Nantes, close to shops and market. Even one supermarket is available in 5 mn by foot. From home, you can join the TRAM station in 2 mn by foot, which is direct access for AUDENCIA (12 mn by TRAM). We are used to receive foreign people. We have bedrooms at home, located at the 3d floor (US system), that will be rent by French students during all the year. An additional bedroom is available for foreign students, from Audencia for instance. It is a nice place, calm and sunny, in a house built in XIX th century French style. The students get to their bedroom by using the common stairs of the family home. A kitchen, a bathroom and WC are available, at the 3d floor (US system), for the whole student. So they have to share it use. The students do their food shopping and cook their meals by themselves in the small kitchen.
