The high ceiling studio (28m2) in the side building is on the third floor. The apartment is very bright. The main room has a wooden floor. The bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower with shower wall is tiled and has a ceiling window, therefore daylight. The pantry kitchen is enough for one person and light meals. The old building has an overall relaxed charm. The main room has a high ceiling and a bunk bed (120 cm wide) for one person. Underneath is a sofa and a small Smart TV. In the house there is a bicycle cellar. Equipment The bathroom has daylight a modern washing machine and a blower. The fitted pantry kitchen has a small stove, refrigerator, espresso capsule machine, toaster, and a kettle for hot water. There is a small Smart Flatscreen TV. Location Just north of Prenzlauer Berg is Langhansstraße Trams no. 12 and 13 stop directly in front of the house. No. 12 goes directly to the S-Bahn station Friedrichstraße, No. 13 goes to Warschauer Straße im Friedrichshain and into Wedding. The journey to Bahnhof Zoo (M13 and U9) takes about half an hour. Alexanderplatz can be reached very easily with the M2 from Ostseestraße. Supermarkets, organic market, bakeries and smaller shops are in the immediate vicinity. Also cultural venues, such as the cinema and theatre in the Brotfabrik, Theater im Delphi are within walking distance. The furniture is complete. Also the pantry kitchen. Just arrive with your suitcase, go to the supermarket, do the shopping and start living. Have fun...
