Hello, we are an Italian couple (we also speak English, Spanish, and a little French) looking for a flatmate starting mid-June. The house is located in the 12th arrondissement, between Bastille and Nation, an 8-minute walk from metro lines 1, 2, 6, 8, and 9, and the RER A, making it well-connected, close to many cafés and supermarkets (Intermarché open 7/7, Monoprix, Lidl). The price is €800 + utilities and internet (separate). The house is on the last floor (5th), the room has a double bed, a wardrobe, some shelves, but you can have more space in the wardrobe in the corridor. THe common areas include a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. We are a working couple in our thirties (a researcher and a journalist working remotely).
