Welcome to your new room in Munich! You’ll find it located on the Second floor in a completely renovated Apartment which includes three rooms in total, Along with a kitchen including all appliances and a washer dryer, a bathroom with a modern glass shower and all round new ceramics and tiles. You’ll share the communal space with two quiet housemates. The room itself has two big windows with a view of nice and quiet nature, and is already set for your arrival offering a bed with mattress, a closet, a table and a chair for you to work or study at. You can also just go out to the big and quiet balcony directly from your room. The building uses a central heating system with individually controlled radiators in every room, so it’s always cozy and warm to your liking. Included in the rent are all utilities like power, heating, water and also WIFI. Right from your doorstep you only have to cross the street to find a bakery, and a supermarket along with a bus stop with frequent stops. The next U-Bahn / Subway station is only a busy ride of less than ten minutes away, from there you’ll reach the city center ( Marienplatz ) via U3 in 18 minutes. In a 15 to 20 minute walking distance, in the same direction as the U-Bahn station you’ll find a McDonalds, Mediamarkt, drug store (Rossmann) and several other businesses and shops, you can of course also just take the bus right from your doorstep which only takes five minutes.
