Located between Glorieta de Atocha and Embajadores, it allows you to explore the city on foot without needing public transport, with landmarks like the Royal Palace, Plaza de Oriente, and Mercado de San Miguel just a short walk away. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with all essentials provided. The property includes air conditioning throughout, heating via heat pumps and radiators, Wi-Fi, fresh towels, bed linen, a cleaning kit, and complimentary coffee. Situated at street level with a fully renovated interior, the apartment offers easy access to metro and bus connections, ideal for moving around Madrid or reaching train and airport stations. Please note the ceiling height in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom is 180 cm. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes).
