The apartment features a lofted master bedroom with a double bed accessed via a vertical staircase through a 90x60 cm opening, and a living room with a trundle sofa bed that converts into two single beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. Despite its small size, the space includes a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and a full bathroom with towels, soaps, linens, and cleaning supplies provided. Located in the vibrant center of Madrid, you’ll have restaurants, cafés, and historic attractions like Mercado de San Miguel and the lively La Latina neighborhood right at your doorstep. The nearest metro stations, Puerta de Toledo and La Latina, as well as multiple bus lines, provide quick connections to all parts of the city. Atocha and Chamartín train stations are also easily accessible. Please note: the apartment does not have a TV, air conditioning, or elevator, but its unbeatable central location offers an authentic Madrid experience within a cozy setting. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes).
