Cancellation Policy Before Arrival Bookings up to 3 months If you cancel after paying the full rental amount, the rental payment is non-refundable. The security deposit and any applicable fees will be refunded between 30 and 60 days from the scheduled start date of the rental agreement. If you cancel before paying the full rental amount, the security deposit and any applicable fees will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Bookings longer than 3 months If you cancel before your arrival date, the following conditions apply: More than 90 days in advance, the security deposit will be retained. Between 30 and 89 days before arrival, the security deposit will be retained, and one month's rent will be charged. Less than 30 days in advance, the security deposit will be retained, and two months' rent will be charged. In cases where a refund is due, the security deposit will be returned between 30 and 60 days from the scheduled start date. Since no stay has taken place, the expense supplement is fully refunded. Cancellations or modifications after the start of the stay Once the stay has begun: For contracts of up to 3 months, the rent is paid in advance and cancellations and refunds are not permitted. The security deposit is returned between 30 and 60 days after departure, provided there is no damage or loss, and the expense supplement is adjusted according to consumption. For contracts of more than 3 months, if early departure is requested: If 90 days or more is given, the penalty is 2 months' rent or 30% of the remaining amount of the contract, whichever is greater.
