Payments and check-in details: - The deposit must be paid via the HousingAnywhere payment request or directly to the landlord via bank transfer before move-in; without this payment and proof of payment, we cannot check you in! - At the end of your stay, 30% of your deposit will be temporarily withheld to cover any outstanding utility costs. Since utility charges included in the rent are estimated in advance, the final bill may differ from the amount paid.
