Bellissimo appartamento con vista nella collina Torinese a pochi minuti dal Parco del Valentino e vicino alla Piazza della Gran Madre. In un contesto riservato e tranquillo, immerso nel verde si affitta l’intera mansarda dotata di ingresso su grande Open Space. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto e nella zona notte si trova il letto matrimoniale + armadio. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici , forno e lavastoviglie mentre il bagno ha la lavatrice, wc, bidet e la doccia. L’alloggio è grande e luminoso, puo’ ospitare fino ad un massimo di due persone. Sono ammessi solo animali piccoli, massimo 1. Si fa notare che l’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano della palazzina (4 piano senza ascensore). Sono presenti lenzuola, asciugamani, stoviglie, elettrodomestici, piatti ecc. Il servizio di pulizia è a pagamento su richiesta. Il prezzo mensile include tutte le spese, per trascorrere un soggiorno senza pensieri, per cui si prega di fare molta attenzione all’uso oculato delle luci e del condizionatore.
