In addition to the room in question, the house has a kitchen, bathroom and two single rooms currently inhabited by two student/working girls. No particular conditions other than that of living in mutual respect by meeting each other in the management of spaces and schedules, in particular since there is a working girl we are looking for someone who already has experience of living together. There is a peaceful atmosphere in the house and we like to create moments in which to share time and meals. Unfortunately, animals are not accepted. The monthly cost of the room is 400 euros...
