Cosa offro L’appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato un anno fa ed è dotato di tutti i comfort possibili, inclusi ascensore, spazi ben organizzati e arredamento moderno. La posizione è perfetta per chi studia: sotto casa si trovano supermercati, pizzerie, tabacchino e tutti i servizi necessari. Inoltre, la zona è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, con autobus che portano ovunque in città, facilitando gli spostamenti verso le università e il centro. Offro anche pulizie settimanali gratuite con cambio di biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani), per garantire sempre un ambiente pulito e confortevole. Mi impegno a garantire un soggiorno confortevole, mantenendo l’appartamento in ottime condizioni. Per me è importante che gli inquilini si sentano a casa, trovando non solo un posto dove vivere, ma anche un proprietario affidabile su cui contare.
