The bright apartment (55m2) is consists of 2 rooms and shared common area; 1 tidy bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Powerful WiFi and a washing machine are available. Enjoy your stay :) The property is part of Moabit district, a multicultural residential neighborhood north of Tiergarten park and it provides all necessary amenities to have an easy life. All shops, restaurants, parks, and public transports are within walking distance and the location is very close to Birkenstraße transit station. All additional costs are included. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
