Hi Everyone, We’re excited to offer a bright and fully furnished room (Room 6) in a shared apartment on the 1st floor. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe – ideal for studying, working, or simply relaxing. The apartment includes shared access to the kitchen and bathroom, which are fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen supplies and a washing machine. 📍 Registration (Anmeldung) is possible, making it suitable for both students and professionals staying longer term in the city. 💰 The monthly rent is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, high-speed internet, and the GEZ TV license fee. 🗓️ Move-in dates are available on the 1st or 16th of each month, with some flexibility if needed. 🔐 A security deposit of €950 is required before moving in. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
