Last RER from Saint Lazare is AT 1 Am (like metro) After that there are night buses. The appartement is 7 minutes walking from ́Argenteuil ́ station near the commercial center in which you can find carrefour and all local necessary commerce. The commerce still open until 2 AM. The neighberhood is very calm and safe, there are many cameras in the building. No party is allowed and no noise After 10 pm.There are secured parking for bicycles....
