The studio is functional and equipped with appliances. It consists of a single space: a kitchen area, two steps leading to a small mezzanine with a study area where there is a desk with a chair and a window that allows plenty of natural light to enter. There is a small anteroom and finally a bathroom with a shower. The area is equipped with all kinds of services: you will find small Carrefour supermarkets or large supermarkets like Esselunga and Pam. The area is renowned for its venues, allowing students to enjoy Milan's nightlife and have fun in their free time. There are also two parks, banks, restaurants, inns, trattorias, and pizzerias. A large gym is just a few steps away with excellent quality/price ratio. The nearest public transport stops are located on Corso Gottardo, just a 2-minute walk away, where you can take both trams and buses. The station is reachable in 30 minutes thanks to public transport and the metro. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
