Beautiful historic building (1886), located in the heart of the beautiful unversary district of San Lorenzo, at 10 min walk at the central Rome Termini station, the hub of the three main metro lines that cross the entire capital. The street of the palace is quiet and well connected. We propose a rental contract with a rent of 1400 + 400 for utilities, and one or two months' deposit (depends on the length of the stay) I have always rented to Sapienza university students for the strategic location. The apartment is on second floor, complete with everything: queen-size bed , sofa bed, dual zone hot cold air conditioning, boiler, internet ,TV, bath towels, washing machine , dryer, full kitchen with microwave,cofee machine The full rent is 1350+400 euros of utilities (read Utility costs)...
