Das Fenster kann mit Vorhängen oder Jalousien abgedunkelt werden. Im Flur befindet sich zudem ein großer Einbauschrank welcher unter den Bewohnern aufgeteilt werden kann. Die Küche sowie das Badezimmer mit Badewanne können von allen Mietern genutzt werden. Eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und erste Küchenausstattung sind vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller. Der Mietpreis beträgt 720.- € warm inkl. aller Nebenkosten und schnellem WLAN Die Wohnung liegt in Taufkirchen. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Hier hält der Bus, welcher zur S-Bahn fährt. Fußläufig erreicht man die S-Bahn in ca. 8 Minuten und ist nach 20 Minuten in der Münchner Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in München. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
