Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Wohn- Essbereich mit Küchenzeile. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Nespressomachine und Spülmaschine. Außerdem gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, ein Arbeits- und Gästezimmer mit ausziehbarem Bett, und ein modernes Duschbad. Man kann dort bequem auch zu zweit mit getrennten Schlafzimmern wohnen. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Die erste Miete wird von HousingAnywhere eingezogen. Nach der Buchung ist die Zahlung der Kaution fällig. Die zweite Monatsmiete + Endreinigung ist nach dem Einzug bis zum 15. des Monats fällig. Daraufhin ist die Miete immer bis zum 15. des vorigen Monats fällig.
