Hi guys. From now on we are renting out 1 room in a 5 room apartment in Berlin-Spandau! The room can be rented for 600€ / month including all utility costs. The rooms are each furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, a shelf , a fridge, curtains and a chair. Internet is also available and included in the price. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink and one guest toilet. There are also washing machines. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a dish washer, an oven and cooking field, as well as 2 microwaves, a kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has also a balcony. The apartment is situated within walking distance to the S-train station, several supermarkets and the shopping mall Spandau Arcaden. The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys...
