This part of Kreuzberg until 30 years ago was almost completely surrounded by the wall and for this reason, was also considered a no man’s land. A lot of pictures of the ’80s rap presenting desolation beside the wall have been made in those streets. After the fall of the wall, the district started being one of the most interesting places where subculture and strange cultures lived together giving life to important projects and clubs.
