First occupancy! The stylishly furnished shared room is located in a recently renovated 3-room flat. The high-quality furniture is brand new and unused. The room is nice and bright thanks to the large windows. The room also has access to a large loggia with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Munich. The kitchen is fully equipped. A large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob and a washing machine are also available. Our rental prices include all ancillary costs (electricity, hot water & high-speed WLAN).
