The variety of shopping opportunities (REWE, BioCompany, DM, ...), gastronomy and entertainment can hardly be topped. Regarding the transport connections, it is approx. 5 mn on foot to the Nordbahnhof (S 1/2/25/26), nine mn to the underground station Naturkundemuseum (U 6), and nine mn to the underground station Rosenthaler Platz (U 8). The stops for tram lines 12 and M8 and the bus line N40 are practically on the doorstep (Pappelplatz). Additional Information The monthly rent includes a mandatory professional cleaning service for the apartment, conducted every other week, each session lasting two hours. Any cleaning sessions that cannot be held due to holidays, illness, or similar reasons will be rescheduled. The scheduling of these cleaning sessions will be coordinated directly between the tenant and the cleaning staff.
