Les murs extérieurs et le plafond de la chambre sont très bien isolés thermiquement et la chambre possède une connexion RJ45 au routeur SFR mais également accès à la WIFI. Les couloirs, WC et salle de bain sont à partager avec les 2 habitants de la maison + l'autre étudiant . Accès au jardin et table d'extérieur La maison est à 5 min à pied de la place du village et de 10 m à 15 m à pied des 3 supermarchés.
