It has a large open living space with a stair that leads up to the mezzanine level in which the doubled is located. The bathroom is equipped with a large rainshower and a window with plenty of daylight. The steel kitchen is fully equipped. In hot summernights the room stays cool and airy, due to the high ceilings. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
