Description

This newly furnished, bright and spacious flat is located in the north of Munich. It has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a guest WC. Each of the rooms is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves and mirror. The Dülferstr. underground station is just a few minutes' walk away and takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. The Mira shopping centre is also just a few minutes' walk from the flat. As landlords, we always make sure that the residents fit together to ensure a pleasant and peaceful coexistence. Our rooms are ideal for people who work from the home office thanks to high-speed WLAN. Our rental prices are warm incl. all utilities (electricity, GEZ fees, high-speed WiFi). The minimum rental period is 6 months. We are looking forward to your message! :)...

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
