You have two separate bathrooms, one with the toilet and sink and one with the shower and sink and floor heated terrazzo. Everything is just renovated and completely new. Great details, a lot of the apartment is kept like it was built in 1908. Kitchen and bathroom are completely rebuilt from scratch. The Area: Great restaurants, lively neighbourhood on Badstr just 2 min. away. With a big supermarket open 7-24hs, the lobe block, a big park with public pool, boulder facility with a public sauna - all within walking distance. It’s a great and very Berlin part of the city.
