The large garden can be used by all residents of the house and offers plenty of space to relax in summer and winter. There is also a barbecue area. The location could not be better - located directly at the Heidelberger Platz S+U station, it offers first-class connections. All universities and hotspots can be reached quickly and easily with the U3 underground line or the Ringbahn. The journey time to the FU is only 8 minutes, to the TU just 11 minutes. There is a late-night supermarket practically on the corner of the street, and the municipal swimming pool is just across the street. Supermarkets and various shopping facilities are within a radius of just 200m. The shared kitchen is not only fully equipped with modern appliances such as a Miele washing machine and dishwasher, but is also a place to exchange ideas and spend cooking evenings together. Not only culinary delights are created here, but also friendships. The bathroom was recently renovated. It is important to us that every resident feels comfortable and at home. Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
