Hi people! From now on, we are renting out 4 rooms in this lovely 4-room-apartment in Berlin Wilmersdorf. The location in Berlin is excellent, public transport is just in front of the door pretty much as well as supermarkets, etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and one bathroom with a bathtub. Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, table+chair and a fridge. Internet is given. All side costs are included in the rent. Anmeldung is possible. The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys...

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
