Our 28-32 m2 Suites with balcony for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. The room layout is rounded off by your private balcony, where you can enjoy some sunshine. In case of dirty laundry, you have the option of washing your clothes in the communal laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a longer stay with us in just one room. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. In case of any questions regarding our Suites, do not hesitate to contact us. You will receive the access codes on the day of arrival by e-mail. Please note: In order for us to generate your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking. Abgerundet wird die Zimmeraufteilung von Deinem privaten Balkon, auf dem Du etwas Sonne genießen kannst. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschküche zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst in lediglich einem Zimmer. Wir bieten keine Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort an. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
