We can also help you to obtain any kind of visa, NIE, registration, etc. as an extra service. ✅Check-in/out information: ✔Check-in (Monday - Friday): 15:00 - 18:00* ✔Check-in from 18:00 to 21:00 will have an extra fee of 50€, except for the apartments with Digital Access. ✔Check-in after 21:00 or on public holidays will have an extra fee of 90€, except for the apartments with Digital Access. 🌞Welcome Service (Administrative expenses): The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €250 to cover the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, check-in at the Accommodation (see Arrivals and Departures Policy) supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet, blanket, a complete set of sheets and two towels (only payment) 🧹Final cleaning fee: A €125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out. 💕For couples: ‌‌✔In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by €100.
