The apartment has 2 rooms with a bed (140x200cm), a bright workplace, a modern bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a fitted studio kitchen. The work area is perfectly furnished to ensure professional work. Transport connection: The subway station is right across the street (300m) to bring you to your next destination, or you can take a 10 Minute walk to the city center. The HAW University Hamburg is just a 14 minutes walk away or 5 minutes bike. Also the Marienkrankenhaus hospital is only a walk distance away. The rent is calculated by a room price and a flat-rate price for all external costs as electricity, broadcasting fee, wifi, heating, water of 100€/month. It will be part of the rental contract....
