The Kitchen and the Washroom is shared amongst all residents of the apartment. You will get a rental contract and the possibility to register yourselves ( Anmeldung). Processing fee: 130 Euros. This bedroom is suitable for both students and young professionals and it has it all to provide a relaxing and comfy environment for the tenant.
