Die Miete ist warm und beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet) Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett und Schrank. Weitere Möbel können gerne mitgebracht werden. Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche (Herd, Backofen, Besteck, Teller usw.). Auch gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Neubau-Haus. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur U Bahn Haltestelle Steinfurther Allee. Von dort aus kommt man mit der U2 innerhalb von 15 Min zum Hauptbahnhof. Netto & Haspa sind direkt vor dem Haus. Restaurants, Ärzte sind auch in der Nähe vorhanden...
