With a total area of approximately 16 square meters, including the bathroom, this room features a study area furnished with shelves, a desk, and a comfortable chair, a 120-cm bed, a wardrobe closet, and a living space complete with a table, stool, and a kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and either a traditional or microwave oven. Centralized heating ensures comfort, with a convenient thermostat provided for temperature control. The private bathroom, spanning approximately 3 sqm., includes a comfortable shower. What amenities can you expect in your room? A 120cm bed for a restful night's sleep. A designated study area featuring a desk, shelves, and a comfortable chair. Ample storage space with a wardrobe closet. A well-equipped kitchenette with a sink, induction burners, an electric and microwave oven, refrigerator, and cabinets for dishes.
