Appartamento situato in ottima posizione rispetto al centro e rispetto alla zona universitaria, ben servito sia dai mezzi di trasporto che dai supermercati. Appartamento posto di fonte al Parco Ferrari ottimo punto verde. Formula ZERO DEPOSITO, cioè non vi è da versare nessun deposito cauzionale e non ci sono costi di agenzia.
