Upon request, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service from / to the airport or train station. All this will make you fall in love with Madrid because you will live an unforgettable experience in this magnificent apartment. The only problem is, you don't want to quit. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
