The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and plates as well as a dishwasher, oven, microwave or coffee maker. It is located on the first floor without an elevator, so it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. In addition, its central location, in the Barrio de las Letras, places it less than 10 minutes walk from important tourist attractions such as the Prado Museum or Puerta del Sol. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
