The apartment has 40m2, distributed in a large bedroom with a king bed of (hidden) m and a large closet; a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for resting after a day discovering the city; a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, oven, washing machine, etc.) and a complete bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has: AC, hair dryer, WIFI, bed linen, towels, etc. The apartment is located in the same building where the writer, jurist and politician Gaspar Melchor de Jovellanos lived at the end of the 18th century, and it is a quiet space as it is located on the ground floor interior. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
