The flat is ideal for 2 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an complete bathroom with shower plate. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, squeezer, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a L shaped double sofa-bed and Samsung smart TV with HDMI input. There is a gas heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in Winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100€/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, such as an ozone machine, guaranteeing a completely safe space. --- Neighborhood: Formed by the neighborhoods of Trafalgar, Arapiles, Gaztambide, Vallehermoso, Ríos Rosas and Almagro, the Chamberí district was the residence area of ​​a large part of the aristocracy of the 19th and 20th centuries. Chamberí houses the Sorolla Museum and the Geominero Museum. The first is located in the house where the Valencian painter lived and, apart from the exhibition of his paintings, a visit to his facilities allows you to enjoy his valuable collections of sculptures, furniture and ceramics, as well as his fantastic garden. Not far away is Andén Cero - Estación de Chamberí, an old metro station, closed in 1969, and which has been rehabilitated to become an interpretation center for the Madrid Metro. On horseback between the neighborhoods of Arapiles and Vallehermoso, on Calle Cea Bermúdez, and on a modern complex of 35,200 square meters dedicated to scenic art, the Teatros del Canal, whose building - winner of the National Prize for Architecture - is a work by Juan Navarro Baldeweg. The room incorporates the latest technological innovations and welcomes from classic texts and modern pieces to concerts, dance, flamenco, zarzuela, opera, circus or cabaret. In the surroundings there are also the Abbey Theater, the Galileo Theater and The Luchana Theaters, the result of the conversion into theater rooms of the old Luchana Cinemas. On the section of Calle Fuencarral, which goes from the Bilbao roundabout to the Quevedo roundabout, is the Cine Paz, inaugurated in 1943 and offering a selection of the best author and independent cinema of the moment...
