The apartment has been completely renovated and has a very modern style, perfect for groups of up to 4 people. It is in the center of Madrid, in the Barrio de la Latina, one of the most central and lively areas of the city. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room with a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for two people. Right next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay. The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space and the bathroom has a spacious shower. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...
