Magnificent apartment recently renovated and located in the heart of Madrid, in an excellent neighborhood, where you can walk to the main points of interest. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated. The bathrooms are spacious and modern. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. The apartment is located on the second floor and does NOT have an elevator. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a 150*200 double bed, en-suite bathroom, AC and TV. The other with two 90x190 single beds, another separate bathroom, desk, AC and TV. The very bright living room has a large and comfortable 140x200 double sofa bed with Italian opening, and a dining table with capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated. It has an oven, iron, board, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher. The bathrooms are spacious and modern. Hot water comes from two 100 and 150L thermoses, more than enough to have comfortable showers. The apartment is located in the central district of Madrid, in a very historic area of the city and just a few minutes from the Thyssen Museum, the Prado Museum and the Congress of Deputies. Having such a central location, the apartment is surrounded by restaurants and many places of interest, such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, where it is possible to enjoy one of its art exhibitions or its magnificent terrace, with impressive views of all of Madrid. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighborhood community, the home has a noise control device. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...
