The area has excellent transport links: the Pacífico metro station (Lines 1 and 6) is just steps away, as well as several bus and commuter train lines at Atocha, allowing you to quickly reach any corner of the city. The apartment accommodates up to 7 people and is perfect for families, friends, and business trips. It features a spacious living-dining room where you can relax after a day exploring the city; a small den with a desk perfect for working; three bedrooms; and two bathrooms. The living room has high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The fully furnished master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, and the third has two single beds. The apartment also has another, completely separate bathroom with a bathtub. It is located in an outbuilding with an elevator and offers free parking. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, baby equipment such as a crib, and comes with towels and bed linen. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...
